Request a Password Reset
On the login page, click Forgot Password and enter your registered email address.

Follow the email
Open the password reset email and click the reset link. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.

Sign In Again
Create a new strong password and use it to log in to your account again.
Expected result
A fresh password and a recovered account.

- Rotate passwords when teammates with shared access leave.
Common mistakes
- Requesting five resets in a row — links invalidate; use the newest email only.
