1. User Obligations
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and Services. By using the Website and Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your SEOTool account. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify us immediately at support@kleverish.in if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

All user data, including SEO configurations and connected account tokens, is retrieved and transmitted using secure protocols (TLS/SSL) to protect against unauthorized access. Data is stored on servers adhering to industry-standard security protocols.
Your data remains confidential. Personal data and connected integration tokens are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are not shared, sold, or disclosed to third-party marketing networks.
Our retrieval, storage, and processing of Google Search Console and Google Analytics data comply strictly with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use provisions.
While we implement secure practices to handle your data, any unauthorized sharing, misuse, or access originating from your organization’s team or credentials falls outside our operational control.
By continuing to use our Services and connecting integrations, you consent to the secure retrieval, temporary storage, and display of your website performance metrics.
3. Intellectual Property

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Lifetime Plan Definition
For promotional or pricing tiers designated as a "Lifetime" plan, lifetime access refers to a maximum period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, or until the platform remains active and commercially operational under Kleverish, whichever is earlier.
9. Ranking Cost & Keyword Allocation
Kleverish reserves the right to adjust pricing, keyword limits, and associated features of our ranking services to adapt to structural changes or modifications in third-party APIs (including but not limited to Google Search Console and Google Analytics). Users will be notified in advance of any material changes, and Kleverish shall not be held liable for any operational impacts caused by third-party API deprecations or updates.
10. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any paid subscriptions or unused account funds, except in cases where the service is deemed non-functional or inconsistent with our service obligations. In such instances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during the original transaction.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website and Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason (including, but not limited to, breaches of these Terms), without prior notice or liability.
12. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
