Fair Usage Policy

This Fair Usage Policy ensures that the Kleverish platform remains fast, reliable, and affordable for all customers. It applies to every plan.

Each subscription plan includes usage allowances (such as the number of projects, tracked keywords, audits, and reports) shown on the pricing page. These allowances are designed to comfortably cover normal business and agency use.

Where a feature is described as "unlimited", it remains subject to this policy: usage must reflect genuine, human-driven business activity rather than automated bulk consumption.

The following are not permitted: reselling or sharing a single account across multiple organisations; scraping, harvesting, or bulk-exporting platform data for use outside the service; using automation to artificially inflate usage; attempting to probe, disrupt, or overload the service; and any use that violates applicable law or our Terms & Conditions.

If an account’s usage is significantly and consistently above what is normal for its plan and materially affects service performance for others, we will contact you first to discuss options — usually an upgrade to a plan that fits your usage. We only restrict accounts where usage continues to cause problems after contact, or where the usage is clearly abusive.

We may temporarily throttle or suspend accounts engaged in prohibited use to protect the service. Where practical, we give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before taking action.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
