Common connection errors

Most Google Integrations issues come down to account access, not Kleverish. Here's what to check first.

Property not listed

The connected Google account isn't added as a user on that Search Console or GA4 property. Add it in Google, then reconnect.

Business location missing

The account isn't a manager or owner on that Business Profile, or the location has a different Location ID than expected.

Access expired warning

Google revoked the token, often after a password change or security review. Use Reconnect to restore the connection.

Data not syncing

Confirm the correct property is selected and saved in each dropdown — a saved connection with the wrong property looks identical to a broken one.

Kleverish stops pulling new data for that property immediately, but historical data already synced stays in your account. You can reconnect the same or a different property whenever you like.
