Edit and Export Content

Polish the draft, publish it, then track slug, internal links, schema and index status to done.

Why it matters: An article isn't finished when it's written — it's finished when it's indexed and linked.

Before you start

  • A generated or written draft

Step-by-step

  1. 1

    Edit for expertise

Add your examples, data and local knowledge — the things AI can't know about your business.

  2. 2

    Publish and record

Set the publish date, slug and blog URL in the pipeline row.

  3. 3

    Wire it in

Plan internal links to and from the article, add schema, then track the Indexed column until Google confirms.

Expected result

A published, internally-linked, indexed article — recorded in the pipeline and visible in reports.

Helpful tips

  • Link each new article from at least two older relevant pages; orphan posts index slowly.

Common mistakes

  • Skipping the Indexed check — an unindexed article ranks for nothing.

Troubleshooting

The article isn't getting indexed

Confirm it's in your sitemap, internally linked, and not noindexed (run it through an audit).
